Class timings

Currently, we offer both online and offline classes for a duration of five days per week, with morning and evening batches of one hour each. Our classes are scheduled at the following timings:

Morning batches:
 

6:00 AM to 7:00 AM

7:00 AM to 8:00 AM

8.00 AM to 9.00 AM

Evening batches:
 

6:45 PM to 7:45 PM

8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

For those opting for online classes, you have the flexibility to attend the classes from anywhere in the world. Travel time is minimized, and you can choose any batch that suits your convenience.

It is mandatory to follow a few guidelines to maintain discipline and orderliness in the classes. We request our students to wear a round neck sportswear that covers their chest and neck. Half-pants and jeans are not allowed. We expect our students to maintain silence and discipline during the classes. Additionally, for a healthy lifestyle, we suggest that you maintain a gap of 3 hours between meals for vegetarians and 4 hours for non-vegetarians before attending classes.
